The founding team.
Behind Induvaro are engineers and experts who don't just develop machines but also want to understand them – from the first concept to the final touch in the workshop.
Gabriel
For Gabriel, engineering was never a career choice – it was the starting point. As a kid, things got taken apart, understood and reassembled. The path led straight through a technical college for mechanical engineering (HTL) into industrial practice – today complemented by a part-time degree programme. At Induvaro he is responsible for strategy, customers and economics.
Elias
Elias, too, spent his childhood happily wrenching on things – the path to a technical college for mechanical engineering (HTL) was the obvious one for him. To look beyond his own field, he is currently complementing hands-on practice with a part-time degree programme. As Chief Technology Officer he is responsible for concept, design and the technical realisation of the Smart Transfer Unit.
Same language, same goals.
The two met in the automotive industry – and quickly realised they speak the same language: technology has to be well thought out, honestly calculated, service-friendly by design – and run with the lowest possible failure rate. That conviction became a shared goal – and the goal became Induvaro.
What drives us: the urge to think our way into new technical challenges – and to solve them so that every stakeholder benefits. Our shared goal: technical progress that delivers real improvements in production.
